What this means for you:
- If you are visiting a Milford office from 1 December 2021, your Milford contact will outline our policy to you when making your appointment, and we ask that you in turn acknowledge and observe it when you visit.
- In addition to using the COVID-19 tracer app to scan in on arrival to our office, we will ask you for proof of your vaccination status by showing your My Vaccine Pass to your Milford contact (or alternative proof under the current guidelines).
- If you are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19, we ask that you support our policy by advising your Milford contact of this. We can arrange to meet with you remotely, either via video call, phone, email or offsite with suitable protocols in place.
