Renewable energy has made the news this week, bringing into focus New Zealand’s goal of reaching 100% renewable energy by 2050. With 90% of electricity already coming from renewable sources, NZ is ahead of the game compared to Europe and the US – however significant upgrades are required if we are going to reach our target.
