How we can help

  • Milford’s Chat service is designed as an information-only service to answer general questions about our company and products, and to provide helpful guidance for current and potential clients. It does not provide financial advice or take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Under this service, you need to consider whether the information provided is suitable for your circumstances and make your own investment decision.
  • If your question is specific or personal, we will gladly direct you to the relevant Milford team.
  • When considering to invest or continue to invest in a Fund, you should consider the Fund’s Product Disclosure Statement, available on Milford’s website here.

Limitations of service

  • No Advice: We are unable to provide you with any form of  personalised financial advice or product advice, or take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. If you wish to receive financial advice, we can provide you with a range of options including Milford’s online Advice Tools.
  • No Confidential/Personalised Information: We will not disclose any confidential or personalised client information relating to your investment account(s) held with Milford over this Chat service.
    Should you wish for that type of information to be disclosed then we will seek to take the Chat off-line and contact you via another method to enable us to authenticate you as a client of Milford.
