Milford is the Gold Medal Winner in the 2027 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards for Specialist KiwiSaver Providers for a third year in a row.
Based on independent consumer research, the Gold Quality Service Awards recognise organisations that consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
“Consistency matters so much in funds management and that extends beyond returns to the service clients receive. We’re delighted to receive this recognition of our service for a third consecutive year,” said Mark Rosevear, Milford’s Head of Client Services.

The Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards are based on independent consumer research by Catalyst Research, which evaluates organisations on personalisation, understanding, simplicity, satisfaction and consistency.
The Gold Award is presented to the highest-rated organisation in each category.

The recognition comes at a time when New Zealanders have greater access to information and investment options than ever before, making it easier to invest, but also creating more complexity to navigate.

The latest Reader’s Digest recognition adds to Milford’s growing list of 2026 accolades, most recently Canstar‘s KiwiSaver Provider of the Year Award and Outstanding Value Award for KiwiSaver Scheme, both for a record seventh consecutive year. Earlier, Milford also received the Consumer NZ People’s Choice Award for KiwiSaver for a ninth consecutive year and the INFINZ Diversified Growth Fund Manager of the Year Award for the fourth time in five years.
