Specialist investment firm Milford has today announced that Sydney-based Carolyn Colley will join the Board as a director.
Colley brings to the Board more than 30 years of Australian financial services sector knowledge formed through leadership roles at KPMG, BT Financial, Asgard Wealth Solutions, St George and Macquarie.
Carolyn is also an independent non-executive director of the subsidiary settlement and clearing boards of the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:ASX), IOOF’s Superannuation Trustees, Smartgroup (ASX:SIQ) and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
She is also a director and Deputy Chair of Liverpool Neighbourhood Connections, a community based not for profit organisation.
Milford Chairman, Mark Cross, welcomed Carolyn to the board of Milford Asset Management Limited and notes that her deep Australian experience in wealth management, financial advice and technology will add significant value to Milford as it continues its strong growth in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
